Hey folks! Today another episode of ‘Andy’s Food Bites’, this time in Kunming, China. When looking at the interweb for interesting things to see and do in Kunming, a repeated suggestion I found was to try ‘Crossing the Bridge’ or sometimes translated as ‘Over the Bridge’ Noodles, a Kunming speciality!

Not being a particularly adventurous person when it comes to trying new foods, this sounded like something that I could give a go, so I found a place where I could try these noodles and see just what they were about. The place – Jian Xin Yuan, a lovely busy restaurant with friendly staff and patrons. So come and try it with me, and see how it tastes and what goes into the soup!
