Hi folks! Today it’s time for another edition of ‘Andy’s Food Bites’, this time in the Lao capital of Vientiane. I found a nice little place that seemed to be popular and catered for both foreigners and locals, and I sat down to sample what is known as the ‘National Dish of Laos’ – Laap. But what is it? How did it taste? Will it set off my allergies? Watch on to find out!
But WAIT – I’m not done! After that let’s go for a little walk in the evening and find our way to the Night Food Market of Vientiane! I take a short but interesting walk through this food market to see what is popular in Vientiane, what’s on offer, what’s for sale! And, well, quite a bit! It’s a great little night in the capital of Laos, some come with me!
Thanks for popping by! May the Journey Never End!
