Folks, the capital of Laos is the subject of today’s vlog – Vientiane! A sleepy little city on the banks of the Mekong River opposite Thailand. And you and I are going on a tour of Vientiane, seeing some of the sights of the city together!

From temples, to stupas, to temples again and an arch to independence from France and importantly the COPE Centre where artificial limbs are distributed to victims of land minds, a great night market and an amusement park on the banks of the Mekong, I pack quite a lot into a day in Vientiane! Some come along and see if you think the city is underrated, or better of overlook!
