‘Kalimera’ is the greeting used by Aegean’s staff, which immediately sets a Greek atmosphere. I flew with this airline last week; apart from the 30-minute delay, I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary. They served a light sandwich – free of charge – to really set themselves apart from the low-cost carriers.
