Hey there everyone! Today another photographic post for you as I have been doing as I travel. I am currently in Skopje, North Macedonia as I prepare this post although I won’t be by the time the post is published,
I spent a week in Egypt and it was truly amazing and spectacular as you might imagine, but at the same time it was hard work and I was pretty exhausted when I was there. This trip is somehow still on schedule but I have to say that I can’t travel this fast going forward, it’s just too much. These photos come from my third day in Cairo, the day after I visited the pyramids at Giza and Dhashur. I started with the BONKERS Egyptian Museum with so much incredible Egyptian history if you don’t get blown away you are probably completely blind.
The Menial Palace doesn’t seem to be well known, but it was something I hadn’t seen before and it really was beautiful. It was the former residence of the ruler of Egypt back in the day and today has amazing gardens where couples take wedding photos and the buildings are restored as a museum.
Finally I walked along the Nile and went to the overpriced Cairo Tower. The views are amazing and there are guys dressed as Pharaohs who will pose for photos with you (see case in point!) for free. Anyways, hope y’all enjoy the photos!

Thanks for popping by! May the Journey Never End!
Enjoy your trip Andy!
Thanks Christie!
Great!
Cheers!
That’s beautiful and the museum must be quite impressive! I really didn’t imagine Cairo like this, it looks like a very modern city! Thanks for sharing!
It’s a real mixture and a fascinating place. Thanks for commenting Juliette!
