Yes Folks! On my journey around the world (the wrong way) this year I take a weekend out from the usual travel exploits to mix it up with Daleks, Cybermen and the town of Milton Keynes as I head to the three-day Doctor Who fan event called ‘Utopia’ run by Fantom Events.

This year the event is blessed by amazing guests such as Annette Badland, Wendy Padbury, Fraser Hines and Anita Dobson to mention just a small FRACTION of the Doctor Who stars and those who worked behind the scenes that graced Utopia in June 2025.

So today I am taking you behind the scenes a little of the event to see what the ‘fan’ experience is like and also have a good chat with on of the organisers of the event, Jason Clifford! Yes, it’s a little bit different, but come along for the ride anyways!
