Yes folks! My first long haul Business Class flight for a couple of years sees me on KLM, the Dutch national carrier, enjoying the service and space from Amsterdam in the Netherlands (as if you didn’t know!) to Kigali in Rwanda, Eastern Africa. Come with me as I enjoy some great service, get a ceramic house and try the food.

I show you the seat and wonder at why we seem to be taking the long way to get to Kigali. And then once in Kigali I am left with one single question – how can an airline lose your bag when you are taking a single, direct flight? Enjoy!
