Folks, last week I introduced you to the ‘Jawbone’, a bay for snorkelling and swimming out the back of the suburb of Williamstown. This week I introduce you to Williamstown proper. It’s a great suburb if Melbourne, with a port and a beach, botanical gardens and even… a RAILWAY MUSEUM! So, you can’t go wrong. Join me as I explore it, and even go onboard the HMAS Castlemaine – a World War 2 vessel now permanently moored at scene Gem Pier! Enjoy!
Thanks for popping by! May the Journey Never End!
looks like a good place for swimming
Tis not so bad!
It is an area that seems elegant and still embellished by the proximity of the sea.
It’s historic and very picturesque. Lots of old houses there and very sought after as a place to live
