Hi all. There is a primate shelter I visited in the Cameroon town of Limbe, and there I saw a number of primates. Which is what you would expect. It is for mostly primates who have narrowly escaped poaching. And here’s a fella who lives there. The photo doesn’t show but the enclosures are big and the animals are safe.

Thanks for popping by!
Enclosure big and safe, humm, sounds like us at the moment 🙂
Haha yes indeed
Oh, cool photo. Maybe post-pandemic we will also see Cameroon. Thanks for the recommendation.
Its a great country just keep your ears to the ground about the situation there as the north is a little unsettled these days . Thanks for commenting !
Cool photo!
Cheers!
Nice! Now to prep him for the next King Kong movie.
He’s already learning the lines !
Great photo. I bet his pals at the shelter were equally interesting to watch.
Yes the footage is in the Kribi/Limbe vlog I put up on this same day. Thanks for popping by !
I hope one day West Africa will invest more in conservation of animals in the wild. There’s so much to be done but I’m glad to see this and happy to read that the enclosures are quite conducive.
its tough in west africa i imagine and there are other priorities. But lets hope so!
