York is such a pleasure to visit. This wonderful mix of Tudor buildings, inside a citadel, with a rail museum, a museum dedicated to Richard the Third, it’s wonderful York Minster and other smaller churches. I’ve never been. But looking at these photos – I want to go! Living next door to England, you know all the towns and city names, but I never really had an image of what “York” was like. Now I do!
