Just so atmospheric and enchanting Andy! And it has come in perfect time, as I’ve been looking at the possibility of going to Peru later this year – not sure if it will materialise or not but one day another time if not. Was the altitude much of a problem in terms of breathlessness or other altitude sickness symptoms?
look i was a bit breathless at times in Peru and I found I had to walk slower. Depends on the individual. some dont have any problems, but if you do the hike (to Machu Picchu) its important to have acclimatised.
