Today I am sharing a flight review for you. Last year in my journeys around the world I took a number of airlines from the basic to the comfort of Business Class on Singapore Airlines. Today’s air carrier definitely falls into the ‘basic’ category, it’s Hungary’s Wizz Air flying from London Gatwick to Athens in Greece.
Budget air travel in Europe today is the NORM, with the majority of flights being flown by low-cost carriers such as Ryan Air, Easy Jet, many others and of course, Wizz Air.
Wizz Air has mixed reviews, with many complaining about paying for every extra and cramped/limited room in the cabin/seat. It was also voted (in the UK) as Europe’s most delayed airline. But what is it really like? Will I face a delay on my trip to Greece? Will paying for all the extras at booking time prove worthwhile? Check out my review!
