Panama City – Old Town and Panama Canal – EXPLORED!

Okay folks, this trip is moving along and in today’s vlog you see me journey all the way from Santiago to Panama via Bogota flying Avianca. Once in Panama City, staying in the old town of Casco Viejo I am joined by an old friend as we explored this fascinating part of Panama City.

And then, of course, it’s time to discover the Panama Canal. A bus trip to Colon on the Atlantic/Caribbean Coast takes us to the Agua Clara Locks, and then we return to the Pacific side to see a gas tanker moving through the locks at Miraflores! So come and see what it’s all about! Enjoy!

Thanks for popping by! May the Journey Never End!

  1. Casco Viejo is a fine piece of Spanish colonial architecture. Years of neglect have made the renovations currently underway all the more attractive. During my visits, I enjoyed seeing this charming architecture.
