Michelin Star Ginseng Chicken Soup? Korean Tucker! Andy’s Food Bites Seoul Style!

Howdy all and it’s time to get those taste buds in action. I was doing a self-guided walking tour of the Korean capital in Seoul back in May this year when I passed this place which Google tells me is called the ‘Baengnyeon Tojong Samgyetang’ – a restaurant specialising in Chicken Soup.

It’s boast that it served Michelin recommended Korean Ginseng Soup. When I passed it I thought ‘there’s a place where I won’t have to worry too much about peanuts in Korea’ – and indeed peanuts were not something they cooked with there.

So I sat down to see just how amazing a bowl of MICHELIN RECOMMENDED soup could be. Would I like it? Would I be surprised? Amazed? Bitterly disappointed? Answer to these and more questions in the latest installment of ‘Andy’s Food Bites’!!

Thanks for popping by! May the Journey Never End!
