Folks! Come with me today as I discover some amazing temples in the hills and mountains that surround Busan, in the very south of Korea. On a picture perfect day I head out to Beomeosa Temple with colourful lanterns everywhere.
Not to settle for just that, I take a cable car ride to the top of another hill and hike my way – after getting pretty lost – to what is a bit of a ‘secret temple’ in the hills featuring incredible carvings into the rock cliff face of Buddha – the Seokbulsa Temple!
This one is hard work to reach but very much worth the time. Back in Busan proper, the final stop is the incredible Gamcheon Culture Village, a hilly suburb of Busan which was just made to explore. And to find the perfect spot to take selfies. Oh, and to get your caricature drawn, as I did! So let’s explore these highlights of Busan – together!

Thanks for joining me today – May the Journey Never End!
Looking forward to watching this later. I really need to explore Korea given it’s relatively close!
This temple in the mountains is a real eye-catcher!
