G’day Folks. Continuing on from my photographic series from Istanbul, today I present photos of the amazing Basilica Cistern, built nearly 2000 years ago to store water for the city of Istanbul, today it is lit up and filled with art work and is a tourist attraction. Enjoy!

Basilica Cistern has been improved in recent years with better lighting and sculptures, and I enjoyed revisiting it last year.
