Howdy all. Today’s photographic exploration comes from an afternoon I spent in Dakhla, which is a town on a peninsula in far southern Morocco. Although it’s a bit controversial to call it ‘Morocco’ as the region is technically in dispute and if you look at a map you’ll see this region of the world labelled ‘Western Sahara’, but Dakhla and everywhere I went in the region is controlled and administrated by Morocco and you see Moroccan flags here and there. Even when I was there it was all a little unclear. Dakhla was super quiet when I was there, Ramadan and sand storms probably the main reasons, and I only had a few hours after arriving before the sun went down as it was only an overnight on the journey southward, but still it’s an interesting place to look at! With a giant tea pot for some reason…

Thanks for popping by! May the Journey Never End!
Interesting, this is the first time I’ve seen photos of Dakhla, it’s not a region roamed by many travellers.
No that is certainly true. It’s certainly interesting thanks for commenting!
