Mirissa & Sri Lanka’s South Coast – Through My Lens

Howdy all! Hope you’re doing well this fine #TravelTuesday (yes apparently it really is a thing!) Today, through the power of my camera I am taking you back to the amazing destination of Sri Lanka. A couple of weeks back I took you to the town of Galle on Sri Lanka’s South Coast (Galle – Through My Lens), and today I wanted to look a bit more at this region of one of the world’s up and coming tourist destinations.

Mirissa isn’t far along the coast at all from Galle, with Unawatuna even closer. A short walk from Unawatuna, a bit of a backpacker haven, is the hidden Jungle Beach, a perfect spot for a swim. At Mirissa people head off before sunrise on boats to go and spot whales, which is what we did which was brilliant. Anyways, here are my photos from this amazing little region of Sri Lanka!
