Folks – Hop on Board Scoot, the budget Singaporean carrier as I fly in their pseudo-Business Class known as ‘ScootPLUS’ from Singapore to Melbourne on this 7 and a half hour flight. First we deal with a 3 hour delay at Singapore’s Changi Airport where they hand out muffins, but finally we do take off towards Melbourne.

ScootPlus cost a little more than the average Full Cost Carrier charge for an economy seat in this instance, but is the upgrade worth it? Check it all out with me as the Boeing 787 takes us from South East Asia to South East Australia!
