Greetings wherever this post may find you in the world! Today it’s another photographic exploration for you – this time of the dusty capital of the West African nation of Mauritania. I had the chance to check out a few places – the fish market, the camel market – both amazing and very photogenic places, as well as the Saudi Mosque and the beach! So have a look at a city you may not know that much about!

Thanks for popping by! May the Journey Never End
the fish market might look quite scary lol
Nahhh but it is a bit fishy! Thanks for popping by!
That pic of the guy in the fish market, and one of the city scenes look like they could’ve been taken in Downtown Kingston, ha! Very loud and chaotic but I like it (in moderation). I’m very intrigued by the camel market too. So you’re telling me, I can buy a camel at the market? Ha! Great photos, thanks for sharing!
You can buy a Camel there yes but how you get it home to Jamaica I’m not so sure… thanks for visiting Ro!
Ha! Sounds like it would be a headache to get all the permits to take my camel home 😆
I like eating fish but I would probably have tears walking in the fish market.
Fair enough ut can certainly be confronting thanks for popping by!
Great photos, really give a glimpse of life.
Thanks Lynda!
